Dianne Paroubek, Financial Advisor, offers comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies, and insurance services, with a specialty in retirement and estate planning strategies.  With over 25 years of consulting and strategic planning experience, Mrs. Paroubek has developed an exceptional ability to identify her clients' unique circumstances and design specialized strategies that foster their financial and life goals.

Mrs. Paroubek began her long and rich consulting career as a Management Consultant with the multi-national consulting firm, Deloitte & Touche.  Subsequently, she excelled in financial analysis and strategic planning with a Fortune 500 company, and also served as an active member of the committee responsible for writing annual shareholder reports.  After moving on to cultivate her own business for ten years, Mrs. Paroubek pursued her passion for financial consulting with A.G. Edwards, and later Merrill Lynch for the past 13 years prior to affiliating with Youngblood Wealth Management at LPL Financial as an independent advisor.

Mrs. Paroubek holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Chicago, and is a graduate of Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  As an active member of her community, she serves as the Board Chair of the Cross Timbers YMCA, a member of the Executive Committee , and has chaired the Board Development Committee.  She also served on the Race Committee for the Komen North Texas Race for the Cure from 2004 to 2008.  Mrs. Paroubek served as Vice Chair and Fundraising Chair for Southern Denton County Neighbor to Neighbor, and has been a sponsor for the Cystic Fibrosis North Texas Wine Opener since 2006.   She and her husband George have enjoyed living in Flower Mound for 21 years.
